"I had originally scheduled Aladdin to come out to clean my air ducts. <br /> When they first arrived, they said they'd check the kitchen air duct to see what kind of job they had ahead of them.  They took a photo of the duct in the kitchen, which they say is usually the dirtiest. <br /> They showed me the picture and said that it was actually quite clean and didn't require any services. <br /> I was really impressed by their honesty since the could've easily not taken the picture and not shown it to me and charged me for the services. <br /> They were really nice and professional.  They wore footies around the house, which I thought was great. <br />"

"Technician arrived, demonstrated the damper did not need to be replaced, inspected a clean chimney, explained if we wanted to use the fireplace how to properly prepare it so flames don’t inappropriately shoot into the home. I was injured so didn't have time to prepare for the cleaning but Jacob cheerfully moved all the junk off the carpets before cleaning. He spent extra time on the spots where my dog hangs out to ensure the oils from the dog's hair were thoroughly removed. He also cleaned our dryer vent even though the weather was not ideal for doing so. We will continue to use Topaz for any service they offer."
