"Linda and her daughter (? I think) have been providing regular housecleaning for us since mid-2013.  They are flexible when we need to move service dates, and we've worked with them when their schedule needed us to shift.  They had been friendly and professional, and generally do a good job.  We originally had them out twice a month, and had dropped back to monthly.
However, we are discontinuing their service. The regular monthly cleaning had been $108 - but this last time, they informed us that the price was now $162.18 - an increase of 50%.  they also told us this *after* the work had been done.  We paid it - but I was very unhappy with such a steep price hike, so suddenly, with no prior warning.  It's now a bit hard for us to afford them, so we have to drop their service.  I also think it was very unprofessional to let us know the cost was going up by half again, after they'd already done the work - the professional thing would have been to notify us in advance - at the very least, in advance on the day of the scheduled work, but a day or so in advance would have been better.

"Adam was nice and professional and performed his estimate in a timely manner. The estimate was very close to what we agreed on. There were a couple of things that bothered me: 1.) The man that came in to do paperwork before the start of the move was very unprofessional. Almost the first thing out of his mouth was the fact that they expected tips. 2.) I was charged for 5 men and should have been charged for 4 as there were 2 of them that their work only equaled one person - they always seemed to be doing something that had nothing to do with moving my stuff. I DO NOT believe that the trucks should be tidied up and all their blankets folded and put away on my dime. They should have waited until my move was completely finished and time stopped before doing any of this work. 3.) One of the guys had a really bad attitude and would barely speak to me or answer questions and was negative about a lot of the items and where I wanted them put into my house. As it turned out, the items did indeed fit where I needed them to go..... BUT, these three items aside, they did an good job and in a timely manner. I would recommend them to use as your home mover. They took proper care of my furniture and electronics and were never careless. They broke down and put some of my furniture back together and did it well. Their prices are very reasonable. With the exception of one (maybe he was having a bad day???), all of the other men were very kind, courteous, and respectful. Just little tweaking is needed in their service."

"I contacted Lilly and asked if she could come and give me an estimate for the cleaning of my home she was very friendly when i spoke to her over the phone explained a little bit about what she would be doing for me set up a day for to her come and see my home no charge as estimate was free meeting her was very delightful to meet friendly and presented herself very professionally did a walk thru of my house and explained everything she would be doing very well answered all my question i asked hired her and scheduled for the following day was able to accommodate me with my schedule which was great very punctual on arrival did an excellent job on cleaning my home i was very pleased with her services and would recommend her to friends and family i will be keeping her on as my personal housekeeper as she went above and beyond to meet all my needs in making my home very clean"
