Once we decided to proceed, vendor's employee arrived at designed time to remove door and replace with a temporary. We were told the work would take 1 week, and it did. We got a call on the morning of the day door was to be returned, and the employee arrived at the appointed time. The quality of the work was excellent. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "Recommend!! I originally contacted 360 Painting via email to ask for a price quote. With just the information I asked for in the email, I was contacted with a tentative price quote by the general manager, Matt. I also received a follow up email from the owner of the company to confirm I received the free estimate. I was greatly impressed with that alone. During the process of looking for painters, I received several price quotes from companies, one of which was extremely unprofessional. Once I decided to proceed with a company, I chose 360 based on their professionalism and very competitive price. I was contacted by phone to schedule an official estimate of work to be completed and set up the painting the following week. The estimate on price was right on. On the day of, I questioned whether they would remove the peephole/knocker (they were). I had purchased a new peephole/knocker online that was to replace the old one that was put on from my last door. When I got it, I saw that it was not going to fit because the peephole was larger than the existing one. I did not disclose this information previously because it was a last minute purchase and I didn't know if it would make it in time. They went above what was expected when they said they would be able to drill to accomodate the new peephole/knocker. Now that the work has been completed, I think the paint looks great and the attention to detail was amazing. Although this job was my main concern, I look forward to dealing with them in future paint projects. Highly Recommend."

"Texas Outdoor Escapes are Good! Spoke with Tony and shared our idea about building a backyard pavilion. Tony came to our home and explained in detail what his strategy would be to complete. I really liked that when we had questions about different wood, builds, plans, Tony had a picture available on his phone to show and also gave a detailed description of how everything would look. Texas Outdoor Escapes started work on Wednesday and Pavilion was completed in 4 days on Saturday. HOA approval also handled by Tony professionally and in quick time. "It took a long time to complete due to the extremely harsh winter, heavy spring rains and my busy schedule.  In addition, Trevor had to order special weather stripping for garage door (at no additional cost).  All the work is now complete and it was worth the wait.  I am especially pleased with the new weather stripping on my French door replacing the old stripping my dogs had tore up!

"It took a few phone calls to get Mr. Nabors to come out for an estimate, but once we met he was very helpful.  Once the contract was drawn up and measurements taken, I paid $600.  I was then contacted by one of Mr. Nabors subcontractors.  We decided on Sunday surprisingly, to have the work done; which I was very pleased that they could do the work on a Sunday.  Very convenient. 
The door install had a bit of a rocky start.  The subcontractor purchased the wrong sized door and had to leave to go return it and buy the right size.  Then when he came back, he continued to work but said he had to leave again to borrow a ladder.  I offered to lend him mine which he accepted. 
The shingled cover over the back door was constructed very well, and still looks great today.  
When the back door was finally installed, the sensor for our alarm was not re-installed properly and didn't line up, so obviously it didn't work.  He said he would have to come back the next day to fix it and to touch up the paint, but insisted I pay the remaining $600 right then, which I agreed.  When he returned, Mr. Nabors was with him and they tried to fix the sensor alignment issue but the pieces had been ruined.  Luckily, I was having ADT come out, and Mr. Nabors offered to reimburse me if I was charged for a new sensor.  They did not, so no reimbursement was necessary.  However, in trying to fix the senosr, they had to remove the interior door frame molding and forgot to touch up afterwards, so there were  exposed nail heads all along the outside.  Also, there was about an inch of markings on wall above the door where you could see that the new door was about an inch shorter than the previous door.  I had to go back and repaint around the door myself.  There was also a small gap in the weather stripping that Mr. Nabors said he would come back to fill, but I never heard back. 
Overall the work was Good, but a few things kept it from being marked Excellent.  Would use them again.
