"We hired Juan to paint two bedrooms, replace sheetrock in one of the closets as well as drywall repair, removed and covered a trap door. Juan is extremely through and did an EXCEPTIONAL job. Not only did he consistently show up on time, but he also protected our hardwood floors. At first, the job did not fit our budget, but Juan worked with us. "The crew lead was very conscientious and tried to get everything correct. However 2 of the other members were not as capable and efficient. Complex carpentry was not done without help and intervention on my part. It ended up taking 5+ days to complete all the carpentry and painting on a 2 story house. They also prepared and painted a wrought iron fence. The last half day the crew lead came over and finished up to perfection. Very nice people but if complex carpentry is needed they may not be your best option. However for simpler carpentry they would be fine. The crew lead was very good and if all the people were as diligent they would be excellent to have this type of work performed."
