"Scott, Kadi, and the entire Hawaii Pools team are crooks. They are not licensed and have been using other contractors license numbers to get permits. They have stolen tens of thousands of dollars from me. I have had to hire an attorney and another contractor to finish my pool. They lie. They don't call back. They ask for a ton of money up front, start the project, and then don't come back. None of the subs they hired were licensed either. They are a scam and are stealing honest, hard working people's money. Do yourself a huge favor and do not hire this company. "
