I gave him a set of keys and my trust. <br /> Jim Yaple acted as my general contractor & local agent superving some contract work (installing bamboo flooring and supervising painters) while he rebuilt and tiled the lanai (it sloped the wrong way), solved some wiring problems (for instance, a loose wire in one GFI outlet box that affected an outlet in another room that did NOT EVEN share a common wall) installed a new dishwasher, built a new over stove cabinet for a larger microwave and custom cabinets and shelving int two bathrooms, etc.. To save me money he even resurfaced and painted wood trim so I did not have to replace pieces that were already proven correctly "cut to fit". <br /> He was relible responsible and efficient. A year later when friends were using the condo and the kitchen sink faucet suddenly needed repair, he fixed it that evening for our guests convenience and my relief. <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support.
