At Puertas Enterprise, we take great pride in our experience, expertise, quality and customer service that we provide to meet the consumer�s needs. It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction from start to completion of a project. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner. Our reputation is based on service, safety and quality, regardless of how large or small the job. We will always be famous for the quality of our work for our commercial and residential customers. We have the ability to complete all of the jobs we have at the time our customers want and need. We work in a different way and we have a flexible schedule with some employees who can respond to special needs that our customers have.
"They do not show up when they say they will/sometimes not for days. They do work they were not hired to do. They do not listen to instructions on how you want things done, they do it the way they think you would want it done. They say they will add on extra work, like remove an old copper water line to the icemaker and then not do it, instead drywall and mud over it. They leave garbage and debris everywhere. They go way over quoated time frame by weeks. They will argue with you if told your not happy even threaten you."
