"This was our 2nd time to use RT Plumbing. Tony, the owner, works with such integrity and is fair in pricing. He delivers quality work but it's going to cost slightly more than others. It took him 3 days to solve the issue but in the end he replaced all the piping, filtration system and pump for our catchment system.  He even realized that some of the issue had been from a defect bladder that he had previously installed a year before. He got that replaced for free and gave a discount on all his other services since the bladder had started, but was not the whole problem. <br /> We are looking at using him again in the future for a bathroom remodel. <br />"

"<p>I called on a Monday and was given a Thursday appointment to replace our dishwasher and kitchen sink.  They gave me an estimate of 2 to 3 hours for the work and a $95/hour rate.  They called Thursday to reschedule because another job was taking longer than expected.  Ody came Friday, replaced the dishwasher, and started on the sink but ran into a problem because we measured wrong and the new sink was slightly larger than the opening.  We had someone cut the granite on Monday Ody ended up coming a few hours later to finish the sink because he was in the area!  The company called me Wednesday to give me a verbal invoice before processing the payment on my credit card and the price was right on point - about $250.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>I had called a plumber friend on Oahu to find out what a reasonable price would be before I started the search for a plumber over here and the price was an exact match. I highly recommend this company for this type of work.  They responded to emails and phone calls in a reasonable time unlike the other 2 companies I reached out to (one didn't even return my call at all).
