"Excellent. Mark Keys worked hard to get our house scheduled and repaired quickly so we could get it on the market to sell. They did great work at a great price. Took them two days to install 6 I-beam supports in the basement and to reinstall a window well."

"John came out and looked at what needed to be done and had some advice on how to make the project even better. The bid was detailed with detailed information on concrete depth and strength, rebar type and placement etc. He was also willing to work with me when we had a few changes/additions to the project. The finished Job looks great. The crew was professional, hardworking and polite. They cleaned up everything and left the area neat."

"Roye and the entire team at his company Prestige One are absolute first rate. On time, courteous, talented, creative problem solvers, easy to work with and the work was GORGEOUS. I can't recommend this company high enough. They installed an incredible 3500 gallon modern koi pond for us near the Plaza. Extremely talented team"

"This group is amazing. Prompt, careful, quick with estimates, and affordable pricing. Our slab for the garage looked like a perfectly shiny table top. It was so well done, I hated for them to put anything on it! They came back several months later when the garage was done to pour our driveway and they worked with us on the shape and taper toward the road. They were very professional and just really nice people. Highly recommend!"

"Well obviously, we were very happy with them or we wouldn't have signed a contract with them to maintain our yard work next year. We like the knowledge and the fact that the owner was on the site with the people that worked with him and he had good interactions with them and with us. On all of that, I would give them an A. I don't have a lot to compare it with but we were very satisfied. Whatever we paid, we got our money for it."

"Most of the bushes in front of the house perished in an extreme drought. Jerry helped plan replacements and design a new bed under the pin oak tree in the front yard. We chose river rock for the beds near the house and mulch under the pin oak. An azalea was moved over by the garage; it didn't do well there and didn't last the season (not enough water). But the boxwoods, spirea and host as are all doing well. The men doing the installation worked quickly and were pleasant and professional. The front of the house looked great after they finished. Everything was cleaned up,  the plants were well spaced, and the shrubs fit in well with the house. Jerry's also repaired a deep valley in the front yard where mole tunnels had collapsed. Looked great after they finished.  I was very pleased and will definitely contact Jerry's again. <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for patios, walks & steps installation projects in Kearney, MO

To calculate your paver needs:

  • Determine how many pavers cover a square foot.

  • Determine how many square feet you need.

  • Add an additional 10% to 20% for breakage and waste.

  • Consider your pavers’ sizes.

Or, you can hire a local pro who you know will get the right measurements the first time. This way, you get your weekend back instead of spending it measuring square footage.

A pallet of pavers costs $300 to $700 on average, and each pallet covers 56 square feet. The exact price depends on the type, size, and quantity of pavers you choose. Buying in bulk can sometimes offer additional savings, especially for larger projects. Ask your pro how you can save on material costs.

To get the best prices on pavers:

  • Hire a professional landscaper: Pros often receive discounts on materials, which can make hiring them more cost-effective overall.

  • Shop at local building supply stores: Check for overstock or bulk purchase deals. Bulk purchasing can be more costly up front but save you money in the long run.

  • Buy directly from manufacturers: Purchasing from a local brickyard or paver factory can offer competitive prices, especially for large quantities.

The main difference between driveway pavers and patio pavers is their load-bearing capacity. Driveway pavers are designed to withstand the weight of vehicles, whereas patio pavers aren’t suitable for such heavy loads. You can use driveway pavers for a patio, but using patio pavers for a driveway could lead to damage. Always check the weight limits of pavers and consult with a professional installer to choose the right type for your project.

Paver patios cost more than concrete patios because the materials and installation methods require advanced techniques and skilled labor. They deliver enhanced aesthetic appeal and allow for easier small‑scale repairs without affecting property taxes. The higher expense arises from premium paver materials and intricate installation processes that deliver long‑lasting durability and design flexibility. This robust solution provides notable benefits over concrete alternatives, making it a valuable investment for homeowners.
