On time, polite, professional in vehicle and personal appearance, efficient, fast, great job with no streaks, no mess, cheerfully helped with some of the furniture, and last but not least was the incredible low price. One window is one window with Brigdon, inside and out including screen cleaning (with their top "The Works" package). Many other companies call one single glass pane a window, turning one window into 4 (or more). Our recent painting company wanted $20 per individual glass pane, for external cleaning only. Brigdon was a fraction of that price and they did everything and did it well. HIGHLY recommended!! Look no further. Would give 10 stars if I could!"

"From the initial consultation to the completion of the job we were pleased with Bruce's professionalism and work ethic. We spoke with NUMEROUS contractors and big box stores to determine what route we were going to take on new windows. We ended up narrowing it down to Marvin windows due to consumer reviews which lead us to Bruce. We ended up choosing his service due to the competitive pricing but were thrilled with we realized we did not sacrifice any quality of the installation or service. It took a couple of months to order the windows (which was explained to us up front). He let us know a couple of weeks ahead of time when he would be out to install the windows. He would show up on time daily - many times staying late to complete the work. He does all the work himself so there is no worry of a bunch of people running around the house. At the end of every work day, he left the house cleaner than it was when he began. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and strives for perfection. We have hired a number of contractors throughout the course of the past couple of years - very few of them would be every hire back or reccommend to anyone. He is an exception other contractors could learn a thing or two from him! When we are ready to replace the remaining windows in our house we know to call Bruce."

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"We had 4 wooden lounge chairs on our patio, that due to weather and years of neglect, had fallen into a state of disrepair. I sent some pictures to Ron and then he came by the house to review their condition and then gave me a proposal to do the work. He wound up disassembling one chair for parts and rebuilt the other three. He took it upon himself at no additional charge to power wash the three chairs (when repaired) and oil and refinish the chairs so they literally looked like new. He returned the lounge chairs when promised, gave me his professional opinion about some repairs to other teak furniture on our patio and is in the process of rebuilding one other bench. Also gave recommendation on how to prolong the life of other wooden furniture on the patio. Very professional and helpful. <br />"

"Chris came out in the middle of a big ice storm and broke ice off my roof to identify the leak, did what he could do to repair it and came back later to replace the flashing and wood rot. He also replaced a skylight with glass as opposed to the dome that was there, improving the light into the house. Chris was very easy and knowledgeable to work with and priced well. I appreciated his coming out in the middle of such a poor time with respect to weather, it was very reassuring to have him watching it. <br />"
