Today, they replaced the fence at my daughter's town house, and I have to say that the quality of the materials and the workmanship is outstanding. They did a 3.5 foot picket fence in the front, and a 6 foot privacy fence in the back. The posts are 4x4 or 6x6 (for the gate) pressure treated, and the rest of the fence is cedar. The fence is beautiful. Even the nails are all in a line on the pickets. I would highly recommend Fine Fence."

"We requested Bonafide Construction come out and see if they could repair our garage door or if we just needed to replace the whole thing.   <br /> They stated they could repair it.   <br /> They found a new spring but when they arrived to install the spring they stated the spring alone was not going completely fix the door, they weren't able to do the repair without replacing the entire door.   <br /> So we had to go another route to have the entire door replaced.  The point in calling Bonafide Construction was to try and save money but we ended up spending 125.00 that we really shouldn't have had to.   <br /> We were pleased with the their speed in coming out and evaluating the job.  Also the owner was real pleasant. <br /> I just don't understand at what point they decided the door couldn't be repaired between the time they evaluated the job and came out to install the part. <br />"

"We decided to wait on the hardscape, but moved forward with the landscaping and irrigation system. The process went very smoothly. We had an issue with some of the sod laid - it wasn't in great shape Day 1 and even though they (like most all landscape companies) do not guarantee sod they promptly replaced it. Our salesperson (Angela) was great; she was a little slow to respond sometimes, but never too bad and only because she was extremely busy. The project manager (Jamie) has to be one of the best in the business. The designer (David) did not seem to understand what type of plants we liked (he kept proposing cottage style plantings and we wanted something more formal), but patiently worked with us until we got it right. We have since hired them to maintain our landscape."
