"He brought in a huge lawn tractor that was going back and forth in my yard with the large wheels. It was raining outside and I was worried that he would ruin my yard. There were three people out back. One had an edger and two of them had weed eaters. He did not do my front hedge either time. The first time I hired him, I thought he just ran out of time. I asked him why he wasn't touching my hedges that were way up over the windows. He told me that were not ready to do yet and that he would do them next time. I told him that I wanted my hedge rounded off. He kept understanding it as round-up. He doesn't understand English very well at all and he can not read it either. The work was not good and anybody would know not to bring big machinery into a big yard, especially when it was raining."
