"They did a great job, especially since they installed the floor the two days just before Christmas."

"The carpets were old but still in decent shape. They had some stains and they really tackled those. They used a special machine to revive those areas that had been mashed down because of foot traffic. I'm still a year away from being able to replace them so I wanted them to look as good as possible. They did a marvelous job. Very courteous and professional.

"We needed some tiles replaced in our 1950s tub area. Tim did a fantastic job replacing the tile and making it blend in. Professional, prompt, and courteous!"

"Douglas Bush and his crew, Warren and Randy, did an excellent job.  They did everything that was quoted in the price and came back the following day to complete the job.  All three were very professional and courteous.  They were not even annoyed by all the questions I had as they completed the work.
Warren repaired a bungled gutter job that some other folks did that I hired.  He came in and fixed everything including adding some pieces and two additional down sprouts.
Doug and Randy did a great job installing the french drain so that water can run from my backyard down the side slope of my home to the street.  Once the dirt settles, I will be getting them back to add some dirt and level the yard.  I am pleased with the results because it will keep the water from settling in my back yard and around my foundation.

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
