The team showed up on time each day, worked hard, and completed the job ahead of schedule. They prepped and painted an extensive amount of the exterior our home to include several doors, 20 window shutters, our large barn, and let-in shed. They noticed an issue with one of our french doors, they brought it to our attention, and made the necessary repairs without an increase in the cost. That was impressive since it required extra time and effort by the team. We were kept informed throughout the process. The team performed a cleanup of the job site and everything looked great when they were done. They did an outstanding job and we definitely plan to hire them for other projects inside or of our home. As part of the initial quote, the options were explained in detail and we were able to come to consensus on a satisfactory repair despite my own lack of knowledge in the area. The engineer was knowledgeable and provided an accurate estimate before the work began and was available on site for most of the day. The workers were professional, respectful, and friendly. They protected the area and kept it clean. Upon completion, the only evidence that work was done was as agreed. The nearby affected drywall, paint, and trim was replaced as good as new and still matching the untouched surrounding areas. The work was completed in a single day and overall it went very well."

"They did good on painting and floor installation. However when finished they didn’t put the wall plate covers and door stoppers that was removed back on. They gave a quote for everything that I needed done but then came back with a different quote and reasoning. There was just a lot of miscommunication on pricing and material. They had me to order more mixed paint than was needed. Other items that weren’t needed."

"We had Emerson Paints paint the exterior of our home. This company is so professional. They got my appointment within two weeks like I had asked. When I had questions or concerns they answered everything in such a friendly, calming and professional manner. The painter was friendly and so kind and worked so hard. Our house looks amazing and brand new. They were careful to tape up all the areas that weren't getting painted and I even saw the painter go around with a brush touching up tiny little spots and he didn't leave until he had it all done. When the job was finished everything was cleaned up and moved back into place. The next day I got a call from the office so they could make sure I was satisfied."

After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.

It wasn't like a high end everything perfect, but most people would be very happy with his work. He painted a rental. I offered him a bonus to do a deadline so he finished well within the deadline. He worked long hours to get it done on time so we could get a tenant in. He was very responsive and easy to get in touch with him. The price was right; he was very competitive price wise."
