"Ben came to our home to give us a quote for a patio in the front of our old farmhouse. He measured and talked to us about the different options of stone, pavers, layout snd design. Ben said he would get to us with a quote. About 2 hours later he sent a quote, my husband and I picked out the pavers and he started the same week. The patio looks beautiful and we will be using him for future projects. Ben is a hard worker and worked nonstop in 90 degree weather. Would definitely recommend him!"

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. "I couldn't be happier with the work the Summit crew did on my house. They ripped out an old concrete walkway and front steps and replaced them with new pavers and granite steps. Dylan, Billy, and the team were professional and great to work with. They answered all my many questions, were accommodating when I made requests or asked to make changes, and Dylan also connected me with a carpenter who replaced my exterior doors and added wooden steps to my deck. Summit did fantastic work and transformed the entrances to my house - it's all beautifully functional now. I'd recommend them."

"Both Josephs were responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable- They called and came to look at the problem within half a day of my initial inquiry. I was lucky that they happened to be working on another house just a couple of blocks away. So, they came the next day to do work : 1. Fill cracks on the ground, and build a run-off in the alley way to stop water from damaging the exterior wall, and going down to the basement. The basement did remain dry after 2 days of rain after. 2. a few days later, replaced 2 cracked bricks on the facade of the house. I am very impressed with how Joe F. took time to seal the mortar around the bricks so carefully...beautiful work. I recommend them very much!"

"I am the owner of this property. I was completely satisfied with the work this company did constructing my concrete slab for a future tractor and work shop shed. I was amazed how much rebar was installed in the slab. The crew, Paul & Keith (sorry if I got the second name wrong), were very professional workers, they let me know what was going on during the construction process and cleaned up everything when the job was completed. The cost of the slab was very reasonable and fair. I strongly recommend this company for your project. A completely satisfied and very pleased customer."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for patios, walks & steps installation projects in Keene, NH

The recommended interval for paver maintenance varies based on several factors, including climate conditions, usage patterns, and sealant type. Most surfaces benefit from resealing every two to five years, with more frequent attention needed in harsh environments or high-traffic areas.

Properties with significant tree coverage or water exposure may require more regular maintenance. Annual inspection allows homeowners to identify emerging issues before they require extensive intervention.

Professional service providers offer several advantages, including specialized equipment calibrated for optimal application rates, thorough preparation techniques, and experience identifying underlying issues that might affect sealant performance.

Technicians understand product compatibility with different paver materials and can recommend appropriate solutions for specific conditions. The efficiency and precision of professional application often results in more consistent coverage and potentially longer-lasting protection compared to first-time DIY efforts.

Optimal timing for paver sealing projects depends primarily on weather conditions rather than specific calendar dates. The application requires consistently dry conditions with moderate temperatures, between 50°F and 85°F.

Spring and fall often provide ideal conditions in many regions, avoiding both excessive heat that causes rapid drying and cold temperatures that inhibit proper curing. The surface must be completely dry before application, requiring several consecutive precipitation-free days beforehand.

Initial drying times vary by product type and environmental conditions. Most water-based sealants become touch-dry within two to four hours but require 24 to 48 hours before supporting normal foot traffic.

Solvent-based products need slightly longer initial drying periods but may develop full hardness more quickly. Factors like humidity, temperature, and air circulation significantly influence drying rates. For vehicle traffic or furniture placement, manufacturers recommend waiting at least 48 to 72 hours to ensure complete curing.
