"I am in the process of selling my home, the buyers added a requirement to the inspection resolution that I enlist a specific contractor to perform some general repairs. I have not encountered a situation of this nature, and I decided to obtain a second opinion. I contacted Chris with Five Sons, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, going well above and beyond. Following a brief conversation this afternoon, he drove from the West side of Denver all the way over to my home, which is just off of E470 and Jewell, to provide me with peace of mind.
