"We had Matt of Ace Carpet Cleaning clean our tile, grout and he sealed it. The job was excellent and less than 1/2 the price of other quotes! He also cleaned my white carpet, I have had it cleaned by numerous companies and it has never looked as good as it does now after Matt cleaned it! It looks brand new! Ty Matt I highly recommend his services."

"Ripley Services did an outstanding job on my carpet and kitchen tiles! My carpets looked wonderful and he did an excellent job getting all of the pet urine smell out of my daughters rooms. I also had Mr. Ripley clean the tiles of my kitchen. My husband put travertine tiles all throughout our kitchen and then became very busy and did not seal our floors. The grout lines in the kitchen where extremely dirty. When Mr. Ripley was finished cleaning the tiles of our kitchen our floors look brand new again!! I would definitely use Ripley Services again and recommend this company to friends and family!"

"The team arrived on time and immediately began to prepare the house for the work. Supervisor Mark worked to clean the dryer vent while the other team members cleaned all the vents. They did an outstanding job cleaning up afterwards. We were very impressed with the professionalism shown by Mark and his team. I wholeheartedly recommend this company, and already have. I also recommended them on our neighborhood's page."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
