"I was in a tough place. My house smelled vile and I suspected an animal had died somewhere in the heating system. I googled around and requested a quote from Angi. AC Harris Services contacted me almost immediately and they were able to be at my house within 2 hours of our first conversation. The rate they quoted was similar to or less than other pros I spoke with, and they did not pressure or upsell me. The two technicians were efficient and careful in my home as they vacuumed, cleaned, and mopped my ducts. Then they dusted all surfaces (with a vacuum) to remove any particulate that may have blown up through the vents (as I did not feel I could safely turn the heater off this week, one of the coldest weeks this winter). Now the smell is gone. I still dont know what animal it was, but I feel comfortable living in my house again. My ducts have never been cleaned in the 9 years I have lived here so it was probably time."
