After the 2-year limited warranty expired we have been plagued by a leak. We have had 3 other roofers look at it. The belief is that after the rain Lastime didn't replace what was wet and we have underlying damage. The only way to examine it further is to tear out a section of the roof. ADVICE: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY."
