After recieving the estimate -- he verified that we were still interested in completing the work. After the work was scheduled, he came out to discuss again with us what we needed. The team came in and had it all done in one day. They worked very efficiently and quickly. Cleaned up after themselves and ensured that everything was returned back to order. They laid down plywood to ensure the grass wasn't torn up -- as well as plywood over our existing concrete so not to have excessive wear and tear on that as well. They are friendly, hard workers and ensured that we were fully satisfied with the job. <br />"

"They are coming this summer to blacktop my driveway. They do a good job and make sure that everything is up to code. The owner is a perfectionist so he makes sure the customers are happy and that the work is done properly. I talked to the owner about their need to communicate better as far as giving me time frames and such. They do a good job; it is just that they did not come out when they said they were going to all the time. I think, basically, it was because they were overloaded with work."

"I have submitted a report previously for this company and at the time there was only a minor portion of the work to be completed.  At the time I was satisfied with the work done so far in this substantial project and so I gave them a good score.  The company had been paid for all services provided to that point.   <br /> <br /> Although they continued to say they were coming back to finish the last few items, I could not get a firm date for this work, in spite of several emails and multiple calls to them.  Finally I gave them a deadline and said if this final work was not scheduled prior to today, that I was going to get someone else to do it.  I never heard back from them on this deadline.   <br /> <br /> They should not be paid for whatever job they are doing for you until all the work is done."

"A drunk driver crashed into our house in the middle of the night.  JBenson arrived within 2 hours of having called them for emergency board up service the next day.  They sent a crew of 4 (plus an electrician that arrived later).  After reviewing the damage, they said they could just board it up or fix the structure.  They removed all broken pieces to the structure, reframed the corner, placed sheeting and tyvek and cleaned up the glass around the site.  Their electrician (a sub) ran a dummy line through the broken outlet so that we could turn the electricity back on to that part of the house. <br /> The cost listed above is an estimate based on the 5 hours of work.  I have not yet seen the claim so I did not rate on cost. <br /> All of the team was very professional and courteous.  We are waiting for a final bid to see if they come back to finalize the work. <br />"
