"I had a hot water swapped out which stood on a raised platform. Only one service tech came, rather than two for the heavy lifting, and he had trouble taking the old heater off the platform and dropped it. Also, there was confused communication between the technician and the owner regarding the details of the job to be done. Other than that, the value for the money was excellent and both the technician and the owner were vary courteous and professional and I am satisfied with the final outcome."

"I am so grateful for the exceptional service I received from Dr. W Plumber! Their team was prompt, professional, and courteous, and they went above and beyond to fix my plumbing issue. The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, and the pricing was fair and transparent. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard, and I'm thrilled to have my water running smoothly again! I highly recommend Dr. W Plumber! for any plumbing needs - they truly exceeded my expectations!"

"YC plumbing did an “Outstanding job with the installation of my new water heater. The plumber was very professional, experienced and got everything done accurately and quickly. I really appreciated how YC plumbing completed everything the very next day after I hired them. Highly recommend!”"

"Jensen was thorough and competent. He first tied a snake which cut though the sludge but didn't remove it. Then he used a water jet which resulted in a great deal of back-up in the furthest bathroom with toilet overflow and much sludge in the bottom of the shower. He then cleared about 2x3 feet of earth above the septic tank (the soil was water-saturated) and that relieved the pressure sufficiently to clear the lines. He cleaned up the overflow in the bathroom and left everything satisfactory. The best guess is that FPL in laying their underground power lines damaged the drain field. I am satisfied with Jensen's work but was surprised at the cost of the water-jet cleaning ($3,200) although I haven't comparative shopped."

"I didn’t know who to call to repair my water heater and Benjamin Franklin plumbing was quick and they did great. Wonderful service and quick repair."

"Very happy with the service. Extremely knowledgeable crew, explained what they were doing in detail. It's been a few months and couldn't be happier. They removed our tank water heater and replaced it with a tankless outside. No other vendor told me they could put the water heater outside. A HUGE space saver."
