"After having called several companies which did not impress, I called this company and spoke to Yoni. From the moment I met him, I knew he was the real deal. A lot of companies know how to remove mold, but with Yoni, I felt like he was a close, personal friend who had my back, and who I could trust to do the work, do it right, and in a timely fashion. I hired him to do a job and not only did he do it perfectly and professionally, but also he inspected my whole condo, found other issues and took care of them! In addition, after I had already paid him, he discovered another issue which he also took care of just out of the goodness if his heart. To say that he went above and beyond is a major understatement. I wish I could have paid him double his asking fee because he deserves it. Don't even give it a second thought; there is no better than Yoni and his company! Thank you Yoni, all the best."

"The Premier Mitigation team was a blessing from above. They detected mold in one of our walls and their team jumped on it right away. They had to do a little Demolition in order to solve our issue and they did a fantastic job. They were very professional, thorough and overall very nice. I have relatives that have used them in the past and they have always been happy with Premier Mitigations work. Now that we have used them I can honestly say without a doubt that if we ever have any other issues they will be our first phone call. I highly recommend them!"

"I needed a 4pt inspection done to renew my insurance. I call FL Inspections Unlimited and they came to my home 2 days later. The inspector was professional and very helpful. He explained what he found and recommended the minor repairs needed. They were able to provide me with the report for my insurance within 2 days of inspecting my home. I found them reasonable priced and would use then again when the time comes."

"From start to finish, EEand G provided excellent service for what could have been a difficult process. Mr. Emmett and the crew are well experienced and professional. The material was removed with great care, leaving the original, historic boards in excellent condition. All of the nearly shrubbery were saved and the area around the house was left free of any debris. I'm grateful for such a stress-free experience. <br />"

"I hired Service Resource Co. following Hurricane Helene. My home had 2 feet of water throughout. Oscar explained the process of remediation, detailed the timeline and took the time to make sure I understood what to expect. I think I was in shock at the time, never having experienced the damage a flood leaves. He was professional and compassionate, answered every question and listened patiently as I tried to put together my thoughts. His team arrived on time everyday, they were courteous and hard working and kept the site clean. I would certainly recommend Service Resource Co. and would use them again. I believe him to be an honest professional businessman."

"Lumber Liquidators sold me laminate flooring. I was very happy with the quality and beauty of the laminate floors. Recently they have had issues with chemicals coming from the flooring and if that was true then I would need for them, or worst case, me to replace them. Therefore, it was important to know if there was a problem. I hired Indoor Air Quality Solutions to come with equipment and test all the rooms. Lydia came and she was very pleasant and used testing equipment and there was no problem. I have a written report so show anyone in the future that may rent or buy the house. The testing all went well and I can recommend this service. <br />"

FAQs for toxic lead testing projects in Kendall, FL

If your home was built before 1978, there’s a strong chance it contains lead-based paint. Many pre-1980 houses also contain lead in their plumbing and decorative materials, so age alone is a significant red flag. Older homes near industrial areas face an even higher risk. Because you can’t confirm lead by sight, scheduling a test is the safest way to protect your family.

In older houses, lead can lurk in painted trim, window sashes, soil around the foundation, plumbing pipes, and even vintage hardware. The metal is toxic, and children and pregnant women are most at risk. Exposure can trigger developmental delays, learning problems, and organ damage. Because the EPA links even low levels to serious health effects, test every suspected surface and address any hazards right away.

A positive test means lead is present somewhere you can touch, breathe, or disturb. The next step is a full risk assessment to map exactly where the hazard lies and outline the safest fix: encapsulation, enclosure, or full removal. Repairs start at $1,000 but can exceed $10,000 for complete elimination, so act quickly and hire certified pros to keep your family safe.

EPA lead certification proves that inspectors, risk assessors, and abatement contractors follow federal safety rules under the Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Program. The credential costs an average of $300, and certified professionals can legally test, contain, or remove lead hazards. Hiring a certified pro protects you from fines and ensures the work meets strict health standards.

Lead-based paint looks no different from any other paint, so you can’t identify it by color or sheen. Even flawless walls may hide it. If paint starts chipping, flaking, or peeling, schedule a professional test right away. Only laboratory-grade testing confirms lead and guides the safest fix for your home.
