"Honest tech, Prior to this apointment I had someone clean my boiler who stated that my chimney needed cleaning. when the tech came in he detached the chimney pipe to the boiler and showed me how clean it already was, and told me that it did not need cleaning. NO CHARGE."

They repaired my chimney and sealed where it was leaking. They were very personable and experienced. Did an excellent job and when it was over they cleaned up so you would never know they were there. I would not hesitate to recommend Appalachian lawn care and snow removal for any other jobs I need."

They gave me a time, but were early which was a problem because I was out. Not a big crisis though. I was a bit frustrated at the low quote received over the phone for a “cleaning and inspection” which ended up costing me $250 more. Felt like bait and switch. Only caveat to that is my chimney hadn’t been cleaned in about 10 years, so I expected to pay more than the quoted price anyway. I just would have preferred they were more forthcoming about that possibility"
