They came in a little less expensive than other quotes, which pleased me. They removed the old asphalt shingles, cleaned up at end of every day, and was on the job from start to finish. Communication was very good from front office to the workers. Metropolitan utilizes a customer portal which explains scheduling and cost status during the job. I was very impressed with this type of communication. There was also plenty of phone calls and e-mails to maintain timely project status of issues and questions. Char, Jasmine, Zoe, & Richard were continuously on top of things and great to work with. I am very, very, very pleased with this companies' job and how the roof looks now."
