They are always there for us when we have questions like: can we attach something to the roof without damaging it, etc. They have come out to study the questions and give answers. This time, during the storm and rain, a tree fell and damaged our roof some. They came out the next morning and scoped it out. Making sure that any holes would be secure and not do further water damage to the roof, etc. until they could get the tiles for our roof and come repair it. Which they did. "I think this company is excellent. My review is way overdue, so apologies there. But when my flat roof was leaking water into my hallway, they, unlike other roofing companies I contacted, told me they would work in an immediate temporary repair. True enough, by that evening, the repair was done. The company finished their current job and then squeezed in my project after working it out with their next customer. So within I believe a week of my emergency, I had a new roof on. Truly great people to work with, from explaining the bid to me and communicating on daily progress. I have 4 different roof levels and have replaced the others at various points using 2 other roofing companies. Three Trees is the only roofing company I would hire again. Oh, and also amazing clean-up, as well as cleaning of my other roof levels!"

"I could not recommend this company enough. First, they were extremely responsive when I called them. The owners son came out so he could give me an estimate and answer my questions. He noticed that we had a shingle coming loose and said he would repair it. I called a few days later when I got the estimate (more on that in a moment). I happened to mention the shingle and asked to hire them to at least repair that in the meantime, only to find out that he had already been to our house on a Saturday and fixed it! He also inspected the rest of the roof just to make sure there werenâ t any other repairs that needed to be made. Mind you, not only did he not charge us for this service, but this was before we had even agreed to hire them for the full installation. Their bid was unbelievably reasonable and affordable. They showed up at 8 in the morning with at least 7 workers and finished the entire roof in one day (for reference we have a 3500 square foot house with a fairly large roof). The roof is perfect. I could not be happier with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact, not only have three other houses in my neighborhood used them, but I have told everyone I can to use them for any roof/gutter needs."

"We hired Rain City Exteriors to coordinate a large remodel of the exterior of our home which included a new roof, removal of two layers of siding and window trim, blown-in insulation, new Hardie window trim, 6 new windows, new Hardie siding, new gutters and fresh paint. Guillermo was super easy to deal with during the quoting process and answered a lot of detailed questions I had. They worked with us to schedule work to begin and be continuous throughout so that we wouldn't have interrupted service. We were very happy with the quality of all the components of our remodel. The largest portion of work had to do with removal and replacement of the window trim and siding. The 2 person team was wonderful. Arrived on time daily, were very respectful of our neighbors, apprised me of concerns as they were discovered and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were lovely to work with and I felt as if they were treating my home as if it were there own...and the results showed it.
