The cost was very reasonable, and we enjoyed the personal attention from a family-owned company. Our finished driveway-with extra detailing around the edge-is as beautiful as concrete can be. "We had a 25 year old deck 14X16 I final had to give in and have it replace with a New Patio...Silvers Concrete was priced fairly...They used a drone to get overhead of my backyard which helped my see the new patio in place before the old deck was removed...Very helpful...Silvers removed the old deck and replaced it with a new 20X20 Patio with curved front and two wedding cake steps...What a bunch of hard working guys on the crew we had...I spent the whole day watching and asking a few questions...Everything was done First Rate...Started At 9AM Finished At 7PM.Day One...Old deck gone and hauled away...New patio and steps framed, poured, and smoothed in to shape...All trash and construction burden gone...Came back the next day spent 2 hours Backfilling and Reinforcing the outside edge of the concrete and then seed the whole area...Best Group of Concrete Guys I've Ever Worked With...I'm not a Pro but over the years I've had concrete work done...around 5 or 6 times... They only complaint is they promised to level out the dirt displaced when removing and leveling the sidewalk and did not. They were also a bit sloppy and got globs of concrete on the asphalt driveway that was left to dry."

"Our house is 130 years old so making changes usually involves real skill and sensitivity. These contractors designed and built a large wrap around porch and at a later date helped us replace all the original 130 year old pipes under the house. They exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the jobs. The design for the porch was unusual and inspired and included custom sliding privacy panels. Our next door neighbor is an internationally known architect and told us that it is the most beautifully designed and executed wrap around porch in the city. The materials used were far better than our expectations. They even had the taller than usual columns and the ceiling beams made of special rot resistant wood shipped in from Oregon. The porch took time to build but every day I could see the care that the staff was taking. They were trustworthy and cleaned up each day at the end of work (which made this large project so much easier.) I would and have recommended them to friends and associates and have been thanked over and over for it. The work performed for us transcended the word "construction". Our neighbors call it craftsmanship and I agree."

"The guys from Rod's were great. Responsive and easy to work with. We had the job quoted by another company and Rod's came in much lower and were excellent communicators. The final project was very good. Our only wish was that they would've cleared the old concrete and filled in the soil around the new sidewalks. Neither were major issues, but we would have appreciated a comprehensive finish. The sidewalks themselves look amazing and the price was excellent! Overall, we were very pleased."
