"would not recommend this company. After they cleaned my AC, the technician seemed visibly panicked, and shortly after he left, my AC completely stopped working. I contacted the company right away. They said they would reach out to the technician, but no one has followed up. I also tried contacting the technician myself with no response. It has now been two days without AC and no communication from the company. Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability."

"DUCTZ responded quickly to my quote request. They asked detailed questions about my home and sent a quote. We scheduled an appointment the next week. A team of two came to my house with a giant vacuum and tons of ladders. They prepared the vents, rooms, and general area with covers for lint and debris fall. They were professional and fast. The job took about 3 or 4 hours for my 1850 sq. ft., two stories house, one unit in the attic, and tall ceilings. They brought the ladders to access the vents. They disinfected the mold in the vents - the smell lingered for a day and was gone the next day. They also cleaned up any dust and debris after the job. They wanted me that some drywall or plaster around the vents may get damaged from their brush, but I don't see anydamage after the vent covers went back on. The owner is a stand-up guy. He was quick to respond to calls, texts, or emails. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for servicing. They did a wonderful job. Thank you! 10/10"

"We had to have a new hvac system installed. 05/22 We bought a Daikin system. We also had a duct cleaning performed, an air scrubber installed, & a new damper system put in. We also signed up for the quarterly service. 06/23 During quarterly maintenance, tech informs us of poor air quality and tells us we need a duct cleaning. I said we just had one done a year ago. The next day Chad (service manager) comes out and looks at it and says the tech had faulty equipment. 08/23 The discharge thermistors were faulty, the fuses tested weak, and the compressor was bad. There was an issue with how the system was installed. They replaced the parts all under warranty. It took around two weeks. They provided 2 window units at no charge. 06/24 Upstairs was not cooling, tech came out and the damper needs replaced, it was under warranty & was replaced the next day. The techs that come out have all been very polite, respectful, and efficient. They will charge a service fee anytime they come out for anything, even if itâ s under warranty. The manager Phillip came out and spoke with me personally about some of the issues I had. Honestly an HVAC system in Texas is going to be a pain in the butt. Overall Minuteman is one of the best HVAC companies around to help you deal with that."
