I had procrastinated on repairing roof, fascia and soffit damage from Hurricane Ida, and it was a month before the start of a new hurricane season. After meeting Jose and discerning that he was a person of integrity, I showed his some additional work I needed (terminate damage repair In the shed, patio light installation and mildew on the stucco and gutters), which he accommodated at a discount. "Marcio responded quickly to my inquires. He did a great job of explaining and demonstrating the problem areas of the existing roof with photos. Marcio and his team were always prompt. (In fact, he was usually a little early.) His team was efficient and cleaned the area at the end of each day. He also provided photos of the work while it was in progress. The job was completed on time in spite of a delay caused by unexpected rain. Marcio also did some roofing work for my mother in the past. Both of us are pleased with the end result and the price."
