They also were able to complete the replacement on a tight schedule (for which we are so grateful!) and in the color we wanted, despite limited productions due to the pandemic. We have a multi-level, steep Tudor roof, and they had to remove old shingles and cedar shakes, so I know this was a complex project, and they did a great job. They were also great about communicating with us throughout the project. I also appreciated that they took care to carefully clean the yard and driveway as we have pets and young children. "Excellent. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The salesman, Brendan, was very helpful and explained the entire process. He brought shingle samples for review. They have a references list of customers in your area that is extraordinary. You can go and see roofs that they have done. The quality of the work was superb. Each day they protected our landscaping and then cleaned up. The workers were very polite and careful. I have rarely seen men work so hard and with an obvious pride in their workmanship. Copper flashing at the chimneys is beautiful. We have a stucco chimney where the flashing cannot be seen from the ground. I watched them spend a lot of time doing the copper flashing where no one would see it. Quality workmanship, quality product. And follow up calls asking if we had any questions and where satisfied with the work. We also found that we needed some plywood sheets replaced. They showed us photos of the area and showed us the delaminated old plywood. No delay in adding the plywood sheets either. The new gutters are fabulous. And there are no seams, just one long piece for every roof area. Also bought leaf guards which are not visible from the ground. no more overflow of gutters."

"I needed a new roof to satisfy the Insurance company (my existing roof was 28 years old). Called Home Run Roofing at 5pm on Monday, scheduled the rep for the next morning. Thorough inspection of all roofing components, discussed price, color etc. They happened to have a cancellation on Friday (today). The work crew arrived and quickly dispatched the old roof, had the barriers in place, ridge vent installed shingles placed and total cleanup of the site by just after 2pm. Amazing! "First Rate, First Class Contractor!  Quality, Integrity and Superior Attention to Detail Had a few roof shingles blow off our roof, saw Surf & Turf Roofing signs and trucks around town so I called and we setup appointment next day.  After taking a look at the roof, they gave us an estimate right there on the spot, no waiting or having to chase them down to get it and no dire warning of estimate expiring in 1-3 day because of pricing increases. While they were there, they also recommended other repairs that had also been recommended to us by our home inspector when we bought the house.  It was reassuring to know that Surf & Turf's recommendations were not gimmicks to add costs to job.
