We scheduled a date to begin the work, and with a completion time of the next day. Due to the air quality being hazardous from the fires at the time, the job was delayed. In my opinion, this was an acceptable delay. On the last day of the month, the crew arrived early in the morning, and the entire job was completed on that day. I originally felt grinding-down high area was best solution, but Contractor tried applying a leveling grout, which didn't solve problem. The grout began to crumble when vehicle was driven over it after letting it harden for several days. Attempted to reach Contractor several times via phone and text message to see if problem with sill leveling could be corrected, but no response."
