All company's claim they are insured but some aren't. As a homeowner to protect yourself please ask any company doing work on your property to see their insurance.
"They were power washing an apartment complex we live in, when asked if they could temporarily work on another unit of the building so we could leave for our appointment without getting wet we were yelled profanities at They refused to move and continued to water while even we attempted to get out of our garage which was impossible due to the limited space we have in our parking lot. They also had an altercation with an elderly resident who was concerned."
