Our condo roof was in poor shape so he helped us understand where extra costs may lie, based on the level of damage hidden beneath the roof. During the process, Sam kept me updated on progress by meeting with me several times a day and at critical points in the process. He helped me photograph the damage that was found, understand the implications of that damage, and explore options for addressing the damage. He also provided helpful guidance in making those decisions. Not surprisingly, costs were higher than the estimate because of the damage discoveries beneath the roof surface, but we knew from the beginning our roof was in bad shape so the added material costs were understandable.
