They educated me of several options to help save money and fix the roofing leaks. They were honest and very personable. Once contracted the work was done in a couple of days after it had stopped raining. I was not there during the roof repair but they kept me informed with photos of the work being done. They did an outstanding job. I was truly impressed when two days after the completion of the work it rained very hard. Mr. Isaac texted me during the rain to see if there were any leaks. "They charged me more than I was expecting. My attic was taller and they had to put a bigger tube in. One of the areas in my house is somewhat dark during the daytime. What they do is cut a hole in the attic like similar to an attic fan and put a hole and put kind of a globe looking thing which basically allows the natural sunlight to come in. They install an aluminum tube and it can be bent to where you need the light and then put a cover on it. I have mine in the middle of the house where my stairs are at because it was kind of dark there with the rooms around them. I have had 1 or 2 minor issues and they came over to fix it for me other than that it has been alright. I had researched the parts and they was like $200 to $300. I thought it would take a couple hours and maybe $100.00 or $150.00 an hour but it cost me more than $1000.00."

With the covers we havent had to clean the gutters either. A 5 year inspection shows no water damage on the inside. Plus the house stands out on the street compared to other grey shingled roofs. This year we had windows replace in half of our home and they look pretty great. Definitely adds to the energy efficiency of the home Would strongly recommend the company for the quality of the work they provide, and the timeliness of the service."
