"Do NOT use this Joe guy. He brings a shop vac to clean the air ducts. Had I know that he was NOT going to clean the air ducts properly, I would of NEVER called this guy. He is just a rip off. I could of done what he did with a shop vac. And he charged me $400 for what he calls cleaning air ducts with a shop vac!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT recommend this Joe guy at ALL. "

"would not recommend this company. After they cleaned my AC, the technician seemed visibly panicked, and shortly after he left, my AC completely stopped working. I contacted the company right away. They said they would reach out to the technician, but no one has followed up. I also tried contacting the technician myself with no response. It has now been two days without AC and no communication from the company. Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability."
