Performed customizations and additional work on some difficult pieces and sections along the roof (flashing/gutters/gable vents). Cleaned up thoroughly around the property after completion. The estimator Sam contacted us the next day after I left a message and came by within several days and gave us what I felt was a reasonable estimate that included several other requests including removal of a no-longer used chimney and replacing about 20 feet of facial board that was too high for me to replace safely. The crew was great. They were able to utilize the one corner of the house that didn't have plantings for their work area. "We hired them to replace the roof our house. They did a good job on the shingles but failed to reinstall half the skylights properly after removing them. I get that mistakes happen and that wouldn?t have caused me to review them lower, however they ghosted us after and will not fix their work. We have been trying to get them out to fix their mistake for over a month with nothing. It?s mid winter now and the skylights are all leaking cold air into the house. There are a ton of roofers out there, and for the money replacement costs, I would look for someone else who will warranty their work and not ignore you once they have their money."
