"Craig was wonderful! I called him on the off chance he was available to come out for a roof leak during a long stretch of horrible wind and rain. He returned my call within 10 min and made time to come out to my house because he happened to be in the area. He examined my roof where the leak was and determined that the roof wasn't the problem, but the grout in our chimney. He then proceeded to inspect the rest of our roof, showed me a few spots that would need to be repaired in the future and even told me how to fix a simple problem myself and how to wrap my chimney until a mason could come out.
