"The women who did the housecleaning worked hard and did a nice job. However there were two big negatives: Communication with the company was poor, and although I paid for 6 hours of work, the cleaners worked for just 4. First, communication: It took several calls on my part to confirm day and time. The person who I finally heard back from by text said they had been very busy and short staffed. I understand that this can happen, but a quick text or voice message only takes a minute! When the women left after two hours (2 cleanersX2 hours, or 4 hours of work) - I double checked my deal which was indeed for 6 hours. I emailed the company through Angies List with no response, and then called. I received a call back and the woman said she would make a partial refund, That was 10 days ago and I have received no refund and no further communication. Very disappointing."

"I don’t normally write reviews, but after dealing with K&D painting I found it necessary. What can I say about David and the team from K&D, they were absolutely FANTASTIC. I requested a quote and upon arrival, David and I walked the house, quoted me a very fair price and assured me that he would correct all the flaws on the house and it would be the best paint job ever. True to his word, the K&D team did an exceptional job and were a real pleasure to work with. The house looks terrific and all flaws were corrected. They even took the time to remove every down spout and paint behind them because they didn’t like the way it looked. The neighbors are giving me compliments and I couldn’t be more pleased. If you need your house painted, hire K&D! They are professional, polite and he and his team had a great sense of humor. Don B"
