He added new wood floors to existing wood floors and changed the stairs from carpet to wood. We are very happy with the end result. The floors actually came out better than we anticipated. His pricing is fair and his skill is advanced. Ours was a very large job and he never got stressed out or appeared to be rushing. We would hire him again and we do recommend him to others looking to have their wood floors added to and refinished."

We had a complex job where we needed several different types of existing floor removed (including concrete!) and we needed new floors tied into existing floors. We also needed new stair railing installed with wood to match the floors. Jose and his crew worked tirelessly and completed the job ahead of schedule (when was the last time you could say that about a construction project, right?). The new floors tie in seamlessly with the existing wood floor we kept. The whole crew is very professional and trustworthy. "NW Premium Hardwood Floors refinished over 1,000 sq. ft. of red oak flooring and a full set of stairs in my home. They also replaced the carpet in my family room with red oak, weaving it in to the existing flooring in the connecting room. All this was completed in 4 days and they did an excellent job. Vasiliy and his crew are efficient and hard working. My husband, a fine woodworker himself, is very happy with the end result (he is very picky about wood finishing). Vasiliy's crew worked long hours sanding and preparing the floor prior to applying the 3 coats of finish. I was impressed by how hard they worked. We had 3 coats of finish applied, with a semi-satin finish which provides a little shine, but will wear better in that it tends to hide scratches and normal wear better than higher gloss finishes. We have a small dog so this was an important consideration for us. The finish is very consistent throughout, with no brush marks showing across the wide expanses. The floor looks perfectly level and smooth. Vasiliy and his crew did high quality work for us. My husband and I both love our wood floors!"
