"Jeff and his 2 men were the nicest people, ever! Hard workers, knew what they were doing and did it perfectly! They should get a rating of A++++ They removed old thin wire from a Kentucky Board fence & replaced it with heavy duty black wire fencing. Big Job! Removed poorly built gates & replaced it one red cedar roll top gate, sturdier hinges and a hand opener that really works. Also, put in 6x6" treated pine posts 12 " in diameter and 32" deep in concrete footing. Also, lined the gate with metal bars for sturdiness. Fantastic!!! The clean up was perfect. The whole job was perfect. And they completed the job in one day - as promised!"

"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. "Robb was awesome! When I called to schedule, he asked a lot of questions to help me choose the best fence for my dog. He arrived when scheduled - and did not ask for a four hour window to arrive! We walked the yard 2x to make sure I liked the placement and to discuss all the utility markings. I have an older home and many of the wires that should have be buried much lower than an invisible fence wire would be buried, are not. Robb was very careful, hand shoveling a lot, to make sure that no wires where cut. The cuts through my cement were precision and sealed very well. The spot were the wire was brought into my garage was completed with PCV pipe to be both esthetically pleasing as well as protective of the wire. "The person who answered the phone was friendly. I told that one of my gates on a fence that The Fence Co. had installed some years ago was sagging and I needed a service call. He insisted that I take a photo of the gate with my phone and email it to him before he scheduled the call so that, "they would know what to bring with them to be able to fix it." When I explained that I had never taken or emailed a phone photo, he explained how I might do that. I did figure out how to take and send the photo, and he promptly called me back. He explained that their minimum charge for a service call was $275.00 but that he could explain to me how to fix it myself and save the money---which he then tried to do. I find it disappointing that The Fence Co. does not have a reasonable scale of charges to provide repair services for customers who buy their product. It is their right not to, but I would not use them again to install a fence for me because of it, nor would i recommend them to someone on that bases. I have left their "The Fence Co. w/phone#" sign on my gate all these years, but it is coming off this weekend."
