( He helped us to determine how to best take care of our electrical needs, for both the safest and budget friendly way. )He also had the quote and future date of installation sent to our email address. His Office, called the next day to confirm quote and date work would be done On another day, at our convenience, a different Electrician came. He added the needed electric outlet, installed duct work, and completed the installation for our electric dryer. He asked us to check out his work and turned on the dryer to show that our project was complete. (Both men visiting our home, wore a facial mask, called ahead, gave their name, showed ID, and even wore carpet protectors over their shoes,so we felt safe and our white carpet remained clean.)"

"We called Mr. Electric to provide a quote for removal of existing and installation of a new light fixture in two-story foyer. They were very responsive and sent out a technician within a couple of hours to provide a quote. Once the technician arrived, he proceeded to complete a in-home survey of our electrical panel, exterior electric box and electric meter. He then reviewed the scope of work and came back inside within about 10 minutes. He went over the home inspection and then provided the quote that’s where things went sideways. The quote was $1169! 😳 Again, that is to remove an existing light fixture in a foyer and replace it with a more current contemporary styled one. We explained that the quote was excessive based on our estimates from other providers. He indicated that they had just revised their pricing and that their pricing was in line the other major electric service providers. Needless to say, we explained to the technician that we would not be going with their services due to the price point."

"Electric Masters did a great job. They came out quickly after initial contact, reviewed the job and gave a quote. We were able to easily schedule a time to do the work. The day of, Gary came out on-time and did the work quickly and efficiently. He installed a new RING doorbell and a RING floodlight camera by the back door. He then installed a new outlet in our master bathroom. He had to run back to his shop to get a 10' ladder so he could check the ceiling fan in our kitchen. The ceiling fan has a remote and the fan portion had stopped working. Turns out the receiver that pairs with the remote in the fan canopy was wired incorrectly when installed. He fixed this and didn't charge me for the work. They were very professional and I'm very happy with the outcomes. I would definitely have them do work for me again."
