"Ed and his team at Maksim Roofing did a wonderful job for us. We have a flat roof that also serves as a deck above an enclosed room that had been added on to the original house. The roof/deck was deteriorating and unsafe. I contacted more than 20 contractors over a two year period, many of whom didn’t want to take on the job due to all the uncertainties, others who told me that the only option was to completely rebuild the entire addition, some who never responded to my inquiry at all. "Fusion Roofing was punctual for both our appointment for an estimate and also for work. Their quote for high quality shingle was by far the best of the four estimates we received. They were also promptly responded to emails and phone calls. There were a few glitches - ensuring contract had selected shingle color, placement of vents, and the gutter guard sub contractor. However, Fusion responded promptly, appropriately, and patiently to each concern. While it would be nice not to have any challenges, the fact that they were so responsive and quickly rectified each concern was reassuring and the reason we would hire again. It would be hard to beat their pricing and customer responsiveness. It was clear that the number one priority was customer satisfaction."

"Pricing was the best of the responses we received. Work was scheduled quickly. Actual work did not complete on the original schedule which was 1 day. The process seemed to lack some control which lead to a glass coffee table being broken due to debris thrown or dropped from the roof. This happened in the back of the roof despite the work only being done on the front and the sides. (Integrity 1st did take off $ to cover cost of table). The Satellite Cables were left hanging off the roof when the job was "done." I had to get them to come back and fix that. In the end the roof was as expected and the cost was lower than others. If you are willing to deal with some hassle to keep your cost down this would be a good one for you. If you are looking for First Time Right without hassle you may have to pay a bit more. I chose hire again based mostly on a devil you know attitude as I don't know if anyone else would do it with less hassle and IFR did make it right in the end."
