"We had high expectations of quality, simply from Dan’s efficient, detailed quote, along with verbal, email and texts communications, and followup brochures. Matt and Bill kept in constant contact for scheduling and measuring. We had to postpone due to rains and high winds a couple of times, but the crew actually rescheduled for Memorial Day as the weather broke. Rick’s four-man crew arrived at 9:00 sharp, introduced everyone, and immediately remeasured every window, checking against the new ones in the truck, and then staged them all inside. Six hours later they had torn out, replaced, loaded our old sashes and frames into their box truck, and completely caulked 15 of the 26 windows. Arriving early the next morning, they immediately had three windows out in our front room, and seven hours later were completely cleaned up, with every piece of exterior trim custom cut, installed and perfectly caulked. Clean up inside and out was immaculate. They were as efficient, polite, well mannered, conversational and conscientious crew that we’ve had in our house. Dan and his Zen Windows TEAM is FIVE STAR. I already had done a significant amount of research comparing Alarm.com to ADT and some of the self-install options, but Jeremy was able to provide even more information and help me to understand better the pros and cons of each approach. Larry did our installation and also was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining each step of the installation process and providing me with a tutorial at the end. "The entire process went incredibly well. I reached out to 5 of the highest-rated (per Angie's List) Owens Corning's Preferred Platinum Contractors. Jason (Bradford Xteriors' Owner) was the first to call me back and arrange a visit for a quote. (There were several I didn't hear back from at all.) Bradford Xteriors Inc. installed a new Owens Corning Flex shingles (hail-proof). The crew was already trained on the new product. The crew showed up on time, answered any questions I had and did a great job minimizing any mess during the project and cleaning the yard afterwards. During installation, Jason stopped in to make sure everything was progressing well. Afterwards, a quality assurance member came to survey the work done. Additionally, they replaced my gutters as well. Jason took care of working things out with my insurance company, as well. Overall, I was extremely pleased with their quality, care and the results!"

"As a first time home buyer, I was already facing a new and stressful situation all by myself. I was aware when I purchased the home it would require work prior to moving in. I sent request to multiple handyman and larger companies to obtain a quote and estimation of time for being able to complete what I need to be able to move in, and then the remaining work. I received quote and estimate on time from this company faster and prompter than any of the other companies I submitted too. After receiving a quote, they came out to my home after scheduling a time frame. They arrived and followed me through the house, paying attention to the details I requested, took notes on everything I was wanting and requesting, and Kareem was able to understand exactly what I needed done. I asked Kareem and his company to run and replace the wiring in the kitchen, the wiring was so old it was at danger of arching and catching fire, and I needed the basement to be waterproofed by installing a sub pump and the entire drainage and pipe system. I informed Kareem I had to have all of this completed within three days, I had to be moving in on the Fourth day, not only did he complete it within the time frame, he completed on the second day by noon, giving me extra time to move in. I was more than happy with this of course, however, as to rewiring of my kitchen he was able to place plugs above the counter tops in very convenient places for me, making life easier. As to waterproofing my basement, the completed work looks amazing, and I am unable to tell that the concrete floors had been ripped open, and was done perfectly. I would highly recommend Kareem and his Company any day and to any of my friends and or family."
