"After calling a number of contractors for quotes on this project, we decided to go with KFG, as the pictures of Kevin's work looked really good, and he was extremely responsive and professional when I reached out to him to come take a look at the job ad provide a estimate. He came out very quickly and followed up with a quote. He was very helpful in discussing options and providing his input to help decide on some details of the project. It did take a little longer than expected to get started, but the weather is an uncontrollable factor and he was very good about answering questions and providing updates. They actually hung some paintings for us because we have like a two-story wall.  We live in a raised ranch, so there?s a big wall that goes from the ground level up to the ceiling of the first floor, along the stairwell, and I wanted a painting hung up at the top of that wall.  And so I called Tom and said well who do you know that can do this and he said well we do that.  I said okay.  So he sent a couple of guys out, not only did they hang the painting, they re-hung paintings that were kind of crooked.  They just took care of hanging things that required going up a ladder, like a two floor ladder, a two-story ladder.  What they did was up a scaffolding and just did it that way, which is not something that a homeowner can do.  I just keep going back to LOPCO for everything.

"In a word - perfect! This is the biggest project I have had done on my house, and it is hands-down the best contractor experience I have ever had. To start, communication was fantastic. John, the owner, is prompt in replying to calls, emails, and texts. He proactively kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. It took a few months to get a permit from the town, and he gave me status updates weekly up until they were ready to start. At that point the crew, including John's son Jake, were on-site daily for about 4 weeks. I live by the bay, so they took extra steps to prevent mud runoff from the excavation by containing their work with hay barriers and silt fences. It was fun watching the demo, then the wall go up bit-by-bit each day. On inspection day, the town inspector commented that their work was a perfect example and he will document my specific wall as an example of "how to do it right". Talk about peace of mind! Throughout the project, John was supportive of last minute choices of things like paver style/placement, and it was no problem to take apart and remove a stair base that I decided I wanted in a different spot. I need to sum up by saying working with Greenskeeper was an absolute pleasure. I was very well taken care of, got exactly what I wanted, and the results are stunning! They will be back in the spring to seed grass where they worked, and I have already worked with John to plan a large backyard project and side yard project for next year."
