Paulo gave great advice and was able to really help to manage the cost. Their estimate came back far lower than I expected and the work exceeded expectations. Paulo calculated the surface of the roof and was able to move 2 downspouts so they should more effectively help manage our "moisture in the basement" problem.  Communication was great.
