It took me about 90 days since the day I mistakenly broke the top part of the storm door screen in area to find someone but it was worth the wait. I recommend his services. He is also an electrician by trade and has done apartment and home maintenance for 5 years and can do carpentry as well. Out of everyone the site recommended he was the most polite and helpful person when communicating about my project. To start, Junior was upfront and honest during the quote, especially in areas where we could save money or piece the project out due to the large span and overall cost. Junior was very communicative regarding his scheduling and worked around our busy schedules. During the job, his crew did a fantastic job of marking and repairing the walls before painting, and the finished project was beyond our expectations. He pointed out a few areas of concern that her fixed in the drywall that we hadn’t even noticed or known to look for. As far as their professionalism, the House was almost certainly cleaner than when they came in, even during drywall repairs and sanding. This was our second project with junior and his team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again in the future! Definite 10 out of 10!"

"Greg and Ray replaced some French doors that were leaking around the frame and causing water damage to my threshold and floor. These doors are so heavy and bulky and it was a really intimidating thing to have a big whole in my house for a while. They replaced the damaged floor boards and had to make some adjustments to the door frame. Greg even made a special trip to Lowe's to get what he needed to finish the job. They were really good about cleaning up the mess. And the finished product looks so much better than it did before they started. Very nice and capable. Thanks Greg!"

Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"

"Lavar and his team did an outstanding job moving my wife and I across town in Apex on Friday, July 17th. Their four-man team work very hard moving four rooms of furniture plus the washer and dryer from upstairs plus 3 rooms of downstairs furniture. They packed a 26-foot truck to the limit!
