"Called before coming. Very prompt. Old light could not be repaired. Electrician obtained a new one that fit the area of the old one. I had contacted Roby to do this because of family members coming to Charlotte over Thanksgiving. The guest bathroom light stopped working one day before. The office manager was very helpful in scheduling the service. The electrician was also able to complete the work on the carport and kitchen light the same day. The work on the latter two lights that I had purchased earlier was to be scheduled for a later date. The electrician was very neat and cleaned up afterwards.
