"The technician, Mr. Kostadinov, was professional, thorough, courteous and explained why a new water tank/heater was needed. The installation went smoothly. After completion, I was able to view the new water tank/heater, new pipes, etc. He then checked the water pressure in both bathrooms, the kitchen and the outdoor water system making sure it was normal. "Tony did a great job replacing my broken 50 gallon self venting hot water heater. It is in a difficult space to maneuver getting the old one out and the new one in. He did a great job updating what needed to be done (in my old 1910 home so there is always something!) and I feel very confident in their work. "We had a couple of contractors look at the door and they said it would require tearing out the dry wall to expose the guides and rollers. Ron said he thought he could repair it withot a major effort. When we first called him he aswered the phone from a job site and had us call back to leave contact info. He came out to look at the job two days after we contacted him and scheduled to come out early the next week. His estimate was for $260. He said he always wanted to estimate high and only charge what was required. He showed up a few minutes early and repaired the door without a problem. His actual charge was $75.
