They completed the work in three days, were communicative throughout the entire process providing us with updates and photos, were affordable, and did a great job. His team also installed 2 brand new skylights, rebuilt the skylight frame that had rotted away, and replaced our old gutter. Throughout the job, his team was friendly, efficient and always cleaned up after themselves. Rose roofing and waterproofing were professional and reliable. Highly recommend."

They took two layers of tar & gravel roof off my house and installed a high tech membrane and insulation. They had to drop the old roof down to the ground then hump it up the stairs into the dumpster. They came with 9 guys, Antonio was the crew chief. The nicest guys. And when they left, my property looked clean, without a single shrub or flower out of place. And the new roof is beautiful.
