"very satisfied with door installation. very professional and kind. will recomend this company to others."

"Robert’s professionalism and efficiency was only surpassed by his manners. The time he took to explain the pipe replacement and the concerned he showed reminded me “THE DEFINITION IF CUSTOMER SERVICE.” And let’s not forget Diana’s patience in teaching me to “Zelle”. Bravo 247 Plumbing, BRAVO."

"Ackeno is a ver polite and honest man who does spectacular work. I highly recommend using Ackeno for any plumbing or heating needs you are in great hands."

"LI & A Construction completed two projects for us. The first was last summer. Mr. Hetnarien and his team eliminated a section of the houseâ s back deck. This year LI & A Construction updated a section of a small bathroom in our house. On both projects, Mr. Hetnarien and his crew did an outstanding job. My research for a general contractor led me to LI & A Contraction Corp. My first requirement was that the business have the necessary license and insurance in good standing and Mr. Hetnarien â s business did. On communication and responsiveness, they get high marks. Mr. Hetnarien always got back to me within 48 hours. He is both accessible and approachable. Both jobs were carried out promptly. If they anticipated a delay because of bad weather (and there was), this was made known to me ahead of time. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Hetnarien again."

"Additional service related to extension of pipes to backyard was disregarded by contractor. Though new sump pumps and pipes were installed."

"I needed my 60 gallon water heater replaced. They recommended tankless water heater which i approved. Installation was flawless. They even came back to adjust the temperature. The heater has been working well with no complaints…definitely energy saving. I thought customer service was great. I would definitely recommend them."

"The team did an outstanding job remodeling my bathroom and kitchen. They are true professionals who know what they are doing and accommodating to my specific requests. Also, what I really like about the team is their trustworthness. I bought this COOP, and before I hired them, I had a really bad experience dealing with someone who turned out to be a contract fraudster. After I engaged with Lai Fu Home Improvement, they showed me the kind of work they are capable of doing, and obtained all necessary permits and papers the board can ask for. I highly recommend the team for any type of work. And for those of you who need work done in a coop, Lai Fu is the team you can trust."
