"Overall Dan was very professional, responsive and punctual. It is amazing when you have a vendor show up at the time promised! He was always at least 10 minutes before the promised time. Dan and Tony were able to complete the long lists of items within a few days. I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication. The guys even came to my place on a Sunday to put in a half day to meet my deadlines. Be sure to be clear when giving direction - we had a couple mistakes that had to be fixed along the way due to paint selection in the wrong areas within the property. Dan and Tony fixed the issues once addressed with no complaints. He also fixed a couple of other items in the kitchen, I wasn’t aware need to be fixed. He noticed while repairing the oven that the vents in my microwave were not installed and that my dish washer was not mounted to the cabinet. I wish all businesses were this observant in their work. "This was my second time using SBS contracting. Billy was punctual and professional as during the first experience. He did an excellent job of communicating and making sure the job was being done to my satisfaction. He was also very good about figuring out where we may run into issues with the city and was very proactive in working with the city inspectors to make sure everyone was on the same page. I believe this was rewarded by everything going smooth and no hickups from any of the inspections. Throughout the job he and his crew were very sensitive to the dust and debris not getting into the deweling. Cleaned up as much as possible after every day. This is much appreciated by me and my family. The quality of work was really good. Took the extra time and effort to do things the right way even if not called for in the drawings...(A++++). "The work was completed very well and on time.  They do use a sub contractor to do the physical install.  The contractor was very good and covered all the permitting and was here when the inspector showed up.  The inspector actually commented that they like to see the large number of screws that they used on the install so the door was secure.
There was an issue with the front door handles, they sent over the wrong handles that didn't fit, so we had a day without door handles on the front door until they came in from the manufacturer.
