When we discovered a hole in our roof (thanks to a nasty water stain on our bedroom ceiling), I had a difficult time finding a roofer who would take my call, let alone send someone out to repair my roof in a timely fashion. I left messages with 3 or 4 roofing companies and didn't get a single returned call. The crew showed up on time to make the repair and finished it just as the rain started to fall. They were quick, efficient, and polite, and it was wonderful to sit inside and look at the rain that day, knowing my roof was repaired and protected. A rep  even called me later the same day to ensure everything had gone well.
